Pre-schoolers Learn About Pets

On April 14, 2016 Bow Valley SPCA educators Dawna Evans and Roberta Richardson visited Mountain Munchkins Day Care.  Rescue, the Bow Valley SPCA's life like demo dog accompanied  Dawna and Roberta's presentation to 33 Munchkins ages 2 1/2 years to 4 years old.   Munchkins were presented items from our special box and learned how to apply to Pet Care of dogs and cats.   They also learned an item that cannot be seen LOVE is the most important part of pet companionship. Munchkins learned  to approach a dog safely.   The Munchkins attention to the presentation was enjoyed by all.
