Pathfinders Learn About Communicating with Dogs
Bella a four month old puppy and Banff Pathfinders (division of Girl Guides Groups) enjoyed learning puppy socialization and dog communication. Bella demonstrated the social skills she acquired while spending her puppy-hood with her six sister, Mum, attentive staff, and volunteers at Bow Valley SPCA earlier this summer.
She was one of seven puppies, rescued from Northern Saskatchewan when they were just 2 weeks old. The continued puppy socialization at Bow River Vet Clinic, gave Bella the confidence to practice her Basic Manners and be involved as the model while the Pathfinders learned the steps of approaching a dog safely.
The Pathfinders will follow Bella's progress during puppy-hood and adolescent training. Bella will attend Essential Life Skills class at BVSPCA when she is six months old.
