Mut Strut--a giant success

The Bow Valley Mut Strut held on September 15, 2012 in Canmore raised exactly $15,000 and because of our generous sponsors it netted $15,000.  That means that we were able to use ALL of the funds raised from the work of the 50+ people walking 40+ dogs for the care of the dogs and cats at the Bow Valley SPCA.

We are so proud of the participants for working on our behalf and asking friends and family to pledge money to support Canada's first no kill, no cage adoption centre.  Without the support of the Bow Valley Community, the SPCA could not fullfil its mission.

But raising funds was not the only thing accomplished on the 15th.  People and dogs had a lot of fun.  The pictures say it best.
