Leash Walking 101 (April 27 to June 8, 2025)
Registration is now OPEN for our Leash Walking 101 class.
Starting on April 27th, 2025 and running for 6 weeks on Sunday afternoons (2:00pm - 3:00pm), this informative class will teach you why dogs pull and how to make walks with your pup enjoyable and stress-free. (Last class is Sunday, June 8th and will run until 3:30pm. Note there is no class on Sunday, May 18th).
This class is for dogs 20 weeks and older (5 months and older), and is limited to 8 participants (one adult handler per dog).
Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccines (Rabies, DAPP, Bordetella), but do not need to be spayed/neutered*. Proof of vaccinations is required to register.
*Please note: If your unfixed female puppy goes into heat, they will not be allowed to attend class, and no refunds will be given for missed sessions. Intact males exhibiting disruptive behaviors may be asked to step out to regroup.

*Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Please note that your registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received and vaccination records have been submitted (must be received within 48 hours of registration). 100% of the net proceeds from your registration fee goes to the BVSPCA, so not only are you helping your dog by attending, but you are helping our dogs too!
