We are pleased to announce that Willy was adopted on Dec. 7, 2024

Willy, now named Shadow due to his affinity for following his new family members around the house, has landed in an amazing forever home. A sweet and sensitive boy who was loved by many, and with a love of chicken like no other, we're so happy that this gentle soul didn't have to spend too long in our care before finding his forever family. We're wishing Shadow many happy, chicken-filled years!

Hi there, I'm Willy! I haven't always had an easy life, but over time I've learned that people are kind and safe. I still might take a couple minutes to learn to trust you, but once you're in my trusted circle you'll see what a huge and loving heart I have. The people that know me say I'm a special boy, with so much love to give. While in a foster home, foot massages became a part of my nightly routine, and I would spread out my toes so my foster could really get into the good spots! I am gentle and sweet-natured, if a bit timid, but in the right home I'll become a treasured and loyal family member.
