About Sprocket

Hey I'm Sprocket, and I'm part of the "Bits and Bobs" litter! We're a quirky group of kittens who were found in rough shape, emaciated and sickly all by ourselves. We aren't all from the same litter, but we've bonded over our shared past, and we're happy to report that we're all growing big and strong and ready to take on the world! We're full of energy; I think we're making up for lost time by channeling all our energy into enjoying kittenhood to it's fullest now that we're feeling our best! We've got two modes, play mode, and nap mode, and we take both very seriously.

I'm an easygoing guy who gets along well with everybody and values equal parts snuggles and playtime! You may notice my eyes look a little funny... I'm a bit cross-eyed but my vision is normal and it doesn't slow me down! I can often be spotted chasing my siblings around the room, or cozied up in one of my hiding spots for a good nap. I know that someone is going to fall in love with my sweet charms and silly antics quickly!

We can't wait to find FUN homes to join, so come meet us!

Dog-friendly: Untested, likely okay
Cat-friendly: Yes
Kid-friendly: Yes
Do I Need Special Care?: My littermates and I have been dealing with chronic upper respiratory symptoms. We have been treated with antibiotics and cleared by the vet for adoption, but we still have some occasional lingering sneezes or watery eyes. Upper respiratory viruses are more common in shelter environments where there are multiple cats, and higher stress. The vet thinks we may recovery faster in a home environment. Upper respiratory viruses are not contagious to people, but extra care should be taken if you already have a cat in the home, to ensure they are up to date on their combo vaccine to keep them safe in the event we are still contagious.
