Hi, I'm Sophie! I'm a shy but sweet senior kitty on the hunt for the purrfect retirement home. I was well loved in my life, but sadly my human was a senior too and was no longer able to care for me. We had a great life together, and now I'm hoping to find an equally wonderful home to live out the rest of my golden days. I'm a simple lady that enjoys the finer comforts in life such as a patch of sunshine to bathe in, cozy bedding, and some gentle affection. I'm staying in a foster home where I'm getting lots of TLC and although I'm still timid, am slowly finding my bravery and showing my truly sweet colours. I'm an easy housemate to have around, so I hope you'll consider giving me a home!

Here's what my foster has to say about me: "Sophie acts like a classy lady who is used to the finer things in life. She very much likes to have us around, and shouts out whenever she wakes up from her naps to make sure she knows where we are should she require our services. She will follow her foster dad - her favorite - around the house and if you're having a sleep in on a weekend, will jump on the bed and join you. She will cuddle up on a lap when you watch TV and if your lap isn't arranged how she likes it she will stand next to where you are seated and stare into your face and meow her displeasure. She likes to sit, nap and watch the world go by in a sunlit window."
