Shadow

Hi there, I'm Shadow. When I arrived at the BVSPCA, I was a feral cat who had no exposure to humans. I came in with a litter of my kittens, and after they all found great homes, it was my turn. Unfortunately, I still didn't trust humans very much, so I mostly stuck to the shadows, and hence got my name. Now, after several months of earning trust and realizing that I'm safe, I'm starting to realize how nice pets are. Especially if I have a confident feline buddy around, with the people I know and trust I am very affectionate and love a scratch behind the ear or belly rub. I can also be spotted playing with toys in my room, or sunbathing on a pillow. While I still have shy tendencies, I'm trying really hard to be brave, and hope it pays off by getting me a home of my very own!
