Hi, I'm Louie. I'm the handsomer and more dexterous brother to Tobie (though did you know we both have matching sock feet?). I'm an active guy whose favourite activity is chasing toy balls down the hallway. With pro paw-handling skills, I could be your very own hockey player. When I first arrived, I was quite shy, but with time and patience I'm starting to learn to trust people. Now, I enjoy playtime and affection with visitors and staff, though I'm not fond of being picked up just yet (I'm just starting to explore hopping onto laps). A home with some furry friends would be great for me, as I so enjoy the company of other cats and would love a companion to play with. I absolutely love all my roommates here at the BVSPCA and I'm really polite in meeting new friends. I'm not too sure how I feel about dogs yet, but with proper introductions I might find they are a good playmate. I'm looking for a home that can help me continue to build my confidence, and of course where we can have fun together. I can't wait to find my people!

Dog-friendly: Untested, would likely be okay with slow introduction

Do I Need Special Care?: Yes, I will require oral care (brushing, a dental diet and dental check-ups) as I have a predisposition to gingivitis. I had a dental cleaning in 2024 due to gingivitis but may need future dental work to keep me healthy.
