About Kevin
Hi I'm Kevin, a beautiful chocolate coloured Siamese mix, and I'm looking for a wonderful new home! I'm a sweet and loving cat, searching for a relaxed household where I can become a treasured family member for years to come. The BVSPCA staff were told that I could have moments of "cattitude" for no obvious reason, but I've been all sugar and sweetness since coming to the shelter, so they haven't seen that sassy streak yet! So far, I've been a snuggle-bug velcro kitty who loves to weave between legs, headbutt hands, and bat toys around. I'm beyond my kitten years, so I'm more chill than crazy, but being a super smart Siamese mix, I'd like lots of engagement and interaction to keep me mentally stimulated! I've lived with another cat, but reportedly got into spats from time to time so I think I might prefer to be the only furry friend in my new home. Mature, respectful kids would probably be okay, but an adult-only household would suit me best. Come down and meet me - be warned, it's easy to fall in love with me!

Do I Need Special Care?: Dental kibble and/or a professional dental cleaning recommended in the future due to age and tartar build-up. No signs of decay or extractions needed. I am a carrier of a cat virus called Feline Leukemia Virus. I do not have a progressive, active infection, so I am not shedding the virus at this time, but there is a low chance that I could shed the virus in the future. If adopted to a household with other cats, it would be recommended to keep all cats up to date on the FeLV vaccine for protection and to minimize potential risk. The staff can tell you more about Feline Leukemia Virus if you ask!
