Hey, I'm Darla, and aren't I just darling! I found my way to the Bow Valley SPCA after my previous owner passed away. I am a gentle and quiet girl who will thrive in a loving home without too much hustle and bustle. I prefer to spend my days lounging, bird watching, and grooming myself. I have cute little chubby cheeks, and silky soft fur which makes me just the best for snuggling with. I can be timid at first, but I wouldn't hurt a fly. I get along with every cat I meet, so a confident feline friend might be nice to bring me out of my shell. I may be shy, but I warm up nicely if you spend some time sitting with me, and you'll be rewarded for your patience with big purrs and nuzzles into your hand. It just takes me time to feel secure, but I think in a home environment with people who love me, I'll blossom into a sweet mature kitty. Can't wait to find my furever family!
